Is Remote Work Better Than Office Work?

I believe working in office provides employees with easier methods of collaboration and with more opportunities to develop stronger relationships amongst colleagues. This aids in better teamwork and a better cultural environment for any establishment.

As someone who has always worked in office or on site, I definitely believe that working from home can benefit the family dynamic. Many people learned during COVID that companies and corporations are still able to thrive while employees work remotely. Once the daily commute is reduced it will positively impact the in house income or savings. Families will likely, reduce head of household burnout. Children will likely experience more time with parents in home. I can find many benefits that come with working from home.
