6. Survey and Rewards Data
When you participate in surveys or offers to earn reward points, we record your points, transaction history, and rewards balance. This data is used to display your wallet and process redemptions.
Reward points are tracked under a conversion ratio of 100 points = $1.00 USD. Transaction records are retained to support account reconciliation and dispute resolution.
7. Third Party Services (including TheoremReach)
The Platform integrates with third-party providers, including TheoremReach, to offer survey and offer opportunities. When you access a survey, you may be redirected to the provider, and your activity on their platform is governed by their own privacy policy.
To credit your account, we receive callback notifications from these providers that may include a user identifier, transaction identifier, and reward amount. We use HMAC signature verification to confirm that these notifications are authentic before crediting points.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party provider you interact with, as we are not responsible for their data practices.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account and activity information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Bookmarks expire automatically 24 hours after creation, as described in the Platform interface.
Transaction and rewards records are retained to support accurate balance tracking and dispute resolution. We delete or anonymize personal data when it is no longer necessary, unless retention is required by law.
